This role requires strong communication, accuracy in cash handling, and the ability to open and service accounts. You will support online banking and branch operations while ensuring compliance and excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math and accounting functions.
• Requires a High School diploma.
• Requires previous banking and/or sales experience.
• Pursuant to the SAFE Act, all Relationship Bankers must maintain active NMLS registration if lending.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and offer solutions through the bank’s products and services.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and refer customers to other lines of business as appropriate.
• Open and manage a variety of accounts.
• Process transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
