You will oversee sales growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence, coaching staff and ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes cross-sell, relationship management, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in banking, retail, or client-facing environment.
• Ability to lead, coach, or influence others to achieve goals.
• Understanding of consumer lending, sales processes, and client relationship management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with the NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Own overall banking center performance, including loan, deposit, and referral goals and drive actions to improve results.
• Lead a client-centric culture focused on understanding needs and delivering personalized financial solutions.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, balancing client experience with risk management.
• Partner with Market leadership to align goals, strategies, and opportunities.
