Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet. Scheduling and canceling client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by account servicing, maintenance and opening new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with branch team members.
• Manage branch operations such as cash devices, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
