Job summary

You will greet customers, open accounts, educate on Chase Mobile App and other self-service options, and collaborate with branch teammates to help clients meet their financial goals. This is a part-time, daytime role in a busy community bank.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Provide account servicing and new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking and self-service options (mobile app, online, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking, empathy, and sharing product knowledge; collaborate with branch team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices like vaults/ATMs, per policies.
