Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Reading and Cantonese language skills preferred for this role.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings using the tablet.
• Provide account servicing and new account openings while complying with policies and regulations.
• Assist clients with day-to-day transactions and encourage use of Chase mobile/app and ATMs.
• Listen actively to clients, build trusted relationships, and offer product knowledge and solutions.
• Support branch operations including cash handling and adherence to bank procedures.
