Job summary

In this role you’ll open new accounts, educate clients on products, and collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth operations while adhering to all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to exceed client expectations with friendly service.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.
• Strong communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow with a tablet, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and usage of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and ATM duties, following bank policies.
