Job summary

PNC is seeking a Personal Banker based in Birmingham, AL to acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. You will manage the customer experience, educate customers on financial options, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet.

You will participate in a defined sales process, deliver PNC solutions, and leverage technology to enhance the customer experience while adhering to risk and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree typically required.
• 3+ years related experience or product knowledge.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet and drive new revenue.
• Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Learns and demonstrates product and procedural knowledge to mitigate problems and drive loyalty.
