• Drives proactive sales conversations using a defined process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, and appointments.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows wallet share by delivering a differentiated customer experience.
• Educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures and supporting branch daily operations.
