Job summary

Santander is seeking a Sales and Service Banker in the United States to serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers meet financial needs through tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions. You will support branch sales goals and deliver exceptional service across digital and in-branch channels.

You will engage customers, process transactions, and educate on digital tools, while maintaining accuracy and compliance with policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in retail banking sales or consultative relationship sales is preferred.

Responsibilities
