Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and deliver quality service.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate products.
• Open and process new deposit accounts including savings, IRAs, and CDs.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing as needed.
• Resolve client inquiries about account status and ensure prompt service.
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions to enhance client service.
