Qualifications

• Experience developing client relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit concepts and financial wellness guidance.
• Familiarity with tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking.
• Comfort interacting with small business clients and overcoming objections.
• Experience using PCs and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Open personal and business accounts and related deposit products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and partners to grow client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and proper documentation of client interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; occasionally lead sessions.
