Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Personal Banker in Arlington, WA to engage clients, uncover financial needs, and guide solutions for their financial wellness. You will build relationships, expand existing accounts, and attract new clients within the branch network.

A strong client-first mindset, sales drive, and confident communication are essential. The role emphasizes teamwork, professional conduct, and adherence to policies while supporting branch operations and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent business experience (required).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1+ years experience in developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service and identify financial wellness opportunities.
• Open personal and business accounts and assist with deposits and lending products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and other units to grow client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and documentation of client interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
