• 1+ years experience in developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients.
• Experience influencing partners and centers of influence.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized financial wellness recommendations to clients.
• Open personal and business accounts and assist with transactions as needed.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with policies and proper documentation of interactions.
• Support branch operations and participate in morning huddles and debriefs.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
