Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices handling, in accordance with bank policies.
