Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an operation specialist in bank operations.
• Cash handling experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and renew savings, checking, and CD accounts per customer needs.
• Cross-sell banking products and services.
• Provide excellent service in person or by phone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
• Open and maintain customer accounts in compliance with regulations.
