Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service.

• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations with account servicing, maintenance, and new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members.
• Perform branch operations while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
