Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality and help clients achieve financial goals in a fast-paced branch in Texas. You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and guide customers through Chase Mobile and online tools.

You will build trusted relationships, listen actively, and share products while ensuring compliance and smooth branch operations. Familiarity with cash handling and team collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and regs.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and using cash devices per bank procedures.
