Job summary

CTI is seeking an AV Integration Technician in Peoria, IL to install audio, video, control systems and video conferencing equipment, read drawings, and perform rack fabrication and cable termination for clients.

You should have strong customer service, good communication, the ability to work independently, lift over 50 pounds, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass background checks. Education: associate’s degree preferred; DOE base salary offered with benefits package.

What are your responsibilities?

• Install audio, video, control systems, video conferencing equipment, etc.
• Rack fabrication
• Pull and terminate a variety of cables
• Read drawings/blueprints
• Service and system maintenance
• Other tasks as assigned

Does experience count?

• Education: Associates degree is preferred, but not required. We will take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.
• Customer Service Experience: A must! As you can see our customers are #1 and we need someone who can take care of them and treat them as such.
• Attitude and Aptitude: Are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.
• AV/IT Networking: 2+ years of audio-visual installation experience required
• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds over your head, have a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check and a Criminal Background Check
