CTI, a leading AV provider, seeks an AV Integration Technician in Springfield-Chicopee, MA. You will install audio/video and control systems, read blueprints, and maintain equipment while delivering a superior customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AV installation, strong communication, and the ability to lift over 50 pounds. Training and a supportive team environment are offered by CTI.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, but experience will be considered.
• Strong customer service skills and a client-facing mindset.
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints and follow documentation.
• Experience with AV/IT installations and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Install audio, video, control systems, and video conferencing gear.
• Rack fabrication and cable management.
• Pull and terminate various cables as required.
• Read drawings/blueprints and follow system layouts.
• Perform system service and routine maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned by CTI.
