Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and perform day-to-day financial transactions including A/R and A/P.
• Prepare journal entries for loans, taxes, bank fees, and 401(k) deductions.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, payroll taxes, and 401(k).
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting documents.
• Credit card management and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Consulting Controllers and CFOs.
