Job summary

Holloway Accounting Services LLC is seeking an experienced accounting professional to prepare accurate financial data for a diverse client portfolio. The role emphasizes strong analysis, organization, and high-quality support to our accounting team.

You will handle full-cycle accounting, client invoicing, reconciliations, year-end support, and data integrity using QuickBooks Online, Sage, ADP, and advanced Excel functions. Prior NPO experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience is required.
• Experience with Non-Profit Organizations (NPO) is a significant plus.
• Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Work closely with multiple clients to ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
• Full-Cycle Accounting: Provide general accounting, bookkeeping, and month-end closing services.
• Systems Management: Use QuickBooks Online, Sage, ADP, and Excel for data processing.
• Data Integrity: Enter and categorize bank, credit card, and payroll transactions.
• Reconciliations: Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• A/R & A/P: Manage invoicing/payments and bill processing for clients.
• Year-End Support: Assist in 1099 reporting and tax preparation support.
• Special Projects: Participate in additional duties as assigned.
