• Educate clients on Citi's digital and self-service options.
• Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to protect client and bank assets.
• Address client needs, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and products offered.
• Deliver exceptional client service as measured by defined metrics.
• Assess risk in business decisions, uphold Citi's reputation, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
