In this role you will build lasting relationships, explain products clearly, and collaborate with branch experts to address diverse financial needs while complying with risk and regulatory requirements. Weekend hours may apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related fields.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, tailoring product benefits to client needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in resolving client issues.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Meet with clients in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while following policies.
