Chase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client service in a branch environment. You will welcome clients, understand their financial needs, and offer thoughtful banking solutions, leveraging Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM technology.

The role emphasizes accurate consultative communication, risk/compliance adherence, and the ability to work weekend/evening branch hours while building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to tailor features and benefits to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with training requirements.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Communicate clearly to help clients and build trust; listen to understand needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
