Qualified candidates hold a Wisconsin P&C license, have Personal Lines experience, and excel in communication, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Prior agency software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin P&C license required.
• Experience in Personal Lines insurance.
• Strong knowledge of Personal Lines coverages and products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with agency management systems is a plus.
• Applied Epic or AMS360 knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned book of Personal Lines accounts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Process endorsements, policy changes, renewals, and other service requests
• Review policies and coverage to help ensure clients' needs are met
• Obtain and process quotes as needed
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and agency partners
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely follow-up
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the agency management system
