Job summary

ECBM is seeking an Account Associate to support personal lines clients and assist team members in maintaining assigned accounts. The role focuses on renewal preparation, updating client systems, and generating accurate documentation for policy changes.

The ideal candidate will have a college degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions while maintaining client satisfaction. A Property/Casualty license is required within 12 months of starting.

Qualifications

• College degree, high school diploma or equivalency required.
• Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail is required as well as ability to process high volume of transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare renewal surveys for account management review.
• Update AMS and renewal applications for assigned clients.
• Prepare loss summaries and order missing loss runs.
• Provide documents, filings, and required documentation for clients.
• Coordinate policy delivery to clients and assist with special projects.
