Strive Solutions in California seeks a Mortgage Loan Officer to generate warm referrals and grow mortgage business while delivering a client-first experience.

You will consult with prospective borrowers, educate them on purchase and refinance options, and guide clients through the end-to-end loan process from application to closing, coordinating with processors, underwriters, and referral partners to ensure smooth approvals and timely closings.

• Proven ability to generate mortgage business through referrals and relationships.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes and documentation.
• Excellent organization and pipeline management.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with prospective borrowers and educate them on purchase and refinance mortgage options.

• Build, structure, and submit accurate, complete loan files.
• Manage and maintain a strong loan pipeline.
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and referral partners to ensure smooth approvals.
• Maintain responsive, supportive communication to help clients achieve homeownership goals.
