Job summary

Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge, partnering with branch teammates.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices in compliance with bank policies.
