Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on daily banking and digital tools such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and coordinating with branch teammates to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling, in compliance with bank policies.
