Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, manage lobby traffic, and schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet goals.
• Perform branch operations handling cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
