Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients, listen, and respond with empathy.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and perform account servicing while following policies.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships and partner with team to achieve client financial goals.
• Manage branch operations and adhere to bank policies and procedures.
