Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, introduce banking solutions, and help them achieve their financial goals.

You will greet clients, process accounts, guide use of Chase Mobile App, and collaborate with branch team to deliver exceptional service.

Strong communication, client-service mindset, and ability to learn products are essential; a high school diploma is required. The role is on-site in Utah.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to learn banking products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel heard and cared for.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including the usage of technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions – partnering with other branch team members to help achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
