Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
• Experience developing client relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Cash handling experience.
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications.
• Working knowledge of digital technology and education of clients on digital platforms.

Aufgaben

• Embodies a strong client experience culture; be present with every client and teammate.
• Accepts and processes all financial service transactions and identifies opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Resolves more complex client servicing issues.
• Identifies financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and routes to a Banker as needed.
• Attends in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Balances cash drawer within balancing guidelines and follows compliance procedures.
• Develops partnerships with branch teammates to acquire clients and deepen relationships.
• Keeps knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies current.
• May work Saturdays as directed by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
