Lavendo partners with startups and high-growth companies to hire top-tier sales, GTM, and technical talent. This forward‑deployed engineering role is based onsite in Redwood City, CA, embedding with enterprise teams to move voice AI solutions from prototype to production.

You will own scoping, shipping, and shaping product direction based on field feedback, collaborating closely with sales and engineering to accelerate customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering; top US institution preferred.
• Hands-on proficiency with React, Node.js, Python, and AWS.
• End-to-end production deployments in enterprise or high-growth startup environments.
• Willingness to be onsite five days a week in Redwood City, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects from prototyping to production, communicating progress and risk clearly.
• Become a go-to expert on building voice AI solutions and LLM prompting.
• Ship full-stack integrations (Python, JavaScript/React, Node.js) with enterprise tools.
• Partner with sales to gather requirements, prototype demos, and present system designs.
• Scope projects, resolve blockers, and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
