Job summary

Macnica Americas is seeking a Project Manager to own the successful delivery of bespoke technology solutions to customers. This role bridges customers with our sales and engineering teams, and external partners, coordinating resources and mitigating risks to ensure projects meet customer expectations.

During onboarding, you will work with internal teams on strategic initiatives and product development to gain an in-depth understanding of Macnica's technologies and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical or engineering projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience in technology, software, embedded systems, or semiconductor environments preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer-facing technology projects from kickoff through hand-off.
• Coordinate project activities between customers, engineering, product management, and partners.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project communication and status updates.
• Track schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support implementation and deployment of custom technology solutions.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Help identify and resolve project obstacles to maintain delivery commitments.
• Develop strong working relationships with customers and strategic partners.
• Support post-deployment activities to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution.
