Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Customer-Facing Project Manager to lead onboarding and delivery for technology customers. You will be the primary liaison between Hyve and clients, translating needs into actionable plans and ensuring a seamless transition from integration to steady-state operations.

You'll manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, IT, and Operations to drive on-time, high-quality delivery and measurable customer success. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in customer-facing environments (technology, manufacturing, or operations preferred)
• Experience managing customer relationships, including executive stakeholders
• Experience with onboarding, implementation, or integration projects
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches
• PMP or similar certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer Experience from onboarding through project delivery and establish trusted relationships
• Lead customer-facing meetings including onboarding, status updates, and executive reviews
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned to customer and business goals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Translate customer needs into actionable plans and ensure readiness
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects and drive governance decisions
• Support go-live readiness and post-launch stabilization and capture lessons learned
