Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Soft Services Specialist to support client-facing operations across the Carolinas portfolio. The role covers food, mail, conference, and facility services, aligning with global standards and local regulations while delivering superior client service.

The position is on-site in Austin, TX, with up to 25% travel, and requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years in facilities or related fields, plus strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 2–3 years prior experience in supply chain (vendor) management, operations, hospitality services or facility management.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently – strong prioritization and time management.
• Highly organized with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services are executed per client standards and local regulations.
• Perform on-site operational assessments of SLAs and metrics.
• Build relationships and coordinate with vendors and the client.
• Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries about soft services.
• Maintain exceptional customer experience while following policies.
• Assist routing and dispatching of work orders to staff or vendors.
• Identify risks to avoid privacy breaches or disruptions.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Travel up to 25% within the region.
• Implement strategic initiatives as directed.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
