Power Dry in the Kansas City metro area (Lenexa, KS) is seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager to lead residential reconstruction projects. You will evaluate property damage, explain restoration options to customers, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure on-time completion to our high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, reconstruction, restoration, remodeling, or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential reconstruction and repair projects from initial assessment through final completion.
• Conduct on-site evaluations to assess property damage, determine project needs, and explain repair options to customers.
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, subcontractors, and overall workflow.
• Perform regular job site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and timelines.
• Ensure all reconstruction work meets company standards and customer expectations.
