ATI Restoration, LLC in the United States seeks a Project Director to lead emergency services, mitigation, restoration and reconstruction projects from lead to closeout. You will own scope development, estimates, budgets, and coordination with internal teams.

You will be the primary contact for customers, adjusters, consultants, and TPAs, driving revenue, ensuring compliance with codes and safety, and delivering profitable outcomes on complex losses.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years restoration or construction experience.
• 2-3 years experience as an Estimator or Project Manager with water, fire, mold or reconstruction.
• Experience handling commercial, industrial, or large-loss projects.
• Familiarity with mitigation, environmental services, reconstruction, industry practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed scopes of work in Xactimate from onsite inspections and documentation.
• Validate scopes with insurance adjusters, TPAs, and owners to ensure alignment.
• Ensure projects meet codes, standards, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to hand off jobs, create budgets, set schedules, and plan labor.
• Resolve scope discrepancies and customer concerns; maintain documentation.
• Cultivate relationships with customers, insurance companies, and referral partners to secure repeat business.
• Use Salesforce to manage leads, estimates, activities, and project progress.
• Own field and office financials: terms, draws, progress billing, and collections.
