Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a highly organized Project Support Specialist to support the successful delivery of client-facing projects in a fast-paced digital and healthcare environment. The Project Coordinator will collaborate with Project Managers, Account Managers, Account Specialists, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
1+ years of experience supporting projects, operations, client services, account management, or related business functions.

Responsibilities

Support planning, execution, and delivery of client projects.
Facilitate coordination between Account Managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables within approved budgets.
Coordinate and lead internal project status meetings and client touchpoints, documenting key actions and follow-up items.
