The role collaborates with the account manager, property management team, owners, and clients to ensure project success from concept through completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a project management capacity, especially leading, motivating, and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, budgets, and timelines for each project and phase to meet objectives.
• Coordinate project reports and drawings for clients and management across design to construction.
• Assist in selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions and change orders; discuss costs with client and property management.
• Support the marketing of services to clients.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and cooperate with building/facility personnel to meet quality and cost goals.
• Report major problems and recommendations to management; advise on organizational changes and expenditures of budgets.
