You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, risks, and communications across pre-sales and delivery phases to meet quality, schedule, and profitability targets.

The role requires PMI-based processes, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to travel 20–50%.

Formación

• BA degree or relevant equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years' experience as a project manager in a high-tech service environment or related field.
• Willingness to be on-call and travel 20–50% as needed.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Actively plan, organize, and align internal and external resources to meet project schedules and budgets.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers pre- and post-sale.
• Develop project schedules and track milestones with clear stakeholder communications.
• Identify scope, communicate changes, and ensure customer acceptance across providers.
• Manage all project documentation and support service setup.
