Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking a Project Manager (Multiple Levels) to oversee client-facing projects from planning through delivery within the SDLC. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes aligned with client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in project or program management, familiarity with SDLC, and experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, plus proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project or program management.
• Familiarity with SDLC.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Experience using Jira and MS Project.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to external clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance to maintain alignment with approved client agreements.
• Develop and manage project schedules, proactively addressing delays and keeping deliverables on track.
• Coordinate resource allocation, project bookings, and cross-functional team activities to support efficient delivery.
• Identify, assess, and communicate changes in project scope, obtaining client approval and minimizing potential impacts.
• Track project productivity, utilization, and profit margins against established company targets.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and data, including resource assignments, task tracking, budgets, timelines, dependencies, bookings, and time reporting.
• Monitor project performance against established KPIs and project management standards.
• Communicate project status, risks, and financial updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
