Job summary

Morgan & Westfield is seeking a client-facing project manager to work independently, manage multiple client projects from start to finish, solve problems, and produce accurate work. You will communicate with business owners and prepare documents and spreadsheets, organize financial information, and keep each stage of the project moving.

This hands-on role offers steady, long-term growth, regular coaching from the founder, and potential advancement into a dealmaker role based on performance.

Qualifications

• Client relationships – Experience working directly with clients.
• Background in project management, coordination, operations, executive support, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, and other business software.
• Comfort working with numbers; prior financial experience isn’t required.
• Excellent proofreading, document formatting, and spreadsheet skills.
• Clear, professional written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with business owners, provide updates, and follow up professionally.
• Own multiple client projects from assignment through completion, set priorities and track deadlines.
• Prepare and update documents, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, trackers, and internal records; organize and review financial information.
• Find reliable information, check the facts, and summarize what matters in plain English.
• Identify errors, omissions, inconsistencies, and formatting problems before work is shared.
• Resolve routine issues independently, escalate when needed, and suggest practical improvements.
