Qualifications

• Experience in commercial painting project management or construction sector.
• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize field presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new construction projects from award through closeout.
• Regularly meet with clients, visit active jobsites, and maintain relationships.
• Familiarity with Buzzbid Estimating Software.
• Lead negotiations on change orders and resolve project issues.
• Collaborate with internal PMs who handle internal workload.
• Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Represent the company professionally with owners, GCs, and project partners.
