Responsibilities

• Oversee new construction projects from award through closeout.
• Regularly meet with clients, visit active jobsites, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Familiarity with Buzzbid Estimating Software.
• Lead negotiations on change orders and resolve project issues.
• Collaborate with internal APMs/PMs, who handle internal workload.
• Ensure project schedules, budget goals, and quality standards are met.
• Represent the company professionally with owners, GCs, and project partners.
