Qualifications

• Construction experience, internship experience, or a recent degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Commercial painting experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and comfortable interacting with clients and project teams.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Someone who wants to build a long-term career in commercial construction.
• Driven, personable, and willing to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial painting projects from award through closeout
• Work alongside experienced PMs and learn all aspects of project management
• Visit active jobsites and communicate with clients, GCs, and project partners
• Assist with project schedules, budgets, documentation, and change orders
• Help coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project partners
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Gain experience with estimating and BuzzBid software
• Take on increasing responsibility as you develop within the company
• Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the company's quality standards
