Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Project Manager to lead software and industrial projects in the United States, coordinating with Support, Product Management and R&D. You will deliver weekly status, monitor performance, manage risks and finances, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.

The role requires 2+ years of project management experience, strong communication, and leadership in a matrixed environment, with Agile and SDLC familiarity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience.
• Must have prior customer facing experience and strong communication skills (oral, written and presentation) negotiation, influencing and relationship skills.
• 2+ years of demonstrated leadership within a matrixed organization, managing cross-divisional projects and building cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience defining, estimating & scheduling project work to achieve scope and allocate resources.
• 2+ years Demonstrated experience managing project financials including the PO burn rate throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly integrated status of all project activities including status, issues, risks, and financials.
• Conduct performance monitoring, reporting, and root-cause analysis.
• Identify and elevate critical issues in a timely manner.
• Review documentation and deliverables to ensure quality delivery of services.
• Ensure teams take corrective action to meet scope, quality, and timelines.
• Maintain project plans and meeting minutes to communicate tasks and progress.
• Serve as single point of contact for Support, Product Management and R&D.
• Support PMO initiatives and SOP updates.
• Ensure adherence to AGILE and SDLC processes.
