Job summary

State Street seeks a Primary Systems Analyst for Charles River Development. You will manage production Charles River IMS systems, handle client configurations, user access, and routine patches across hosted and non-hosted environments.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong DB skills (SQL Server/Oracle/Sybase), and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. Occasional weekend work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services Investment Management, Trading or related systems preferred (e.g. Charles River IMS).
• Proven ability to partner with internal departments to deliver customer service.
• Experience with SQL/Oracle/Sybase databases and basic administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in optimal use of the system.
• Manage user administration and privileges.
• Configure parameters and monitor system availability.
• Tune application and database performance.
• Support daily operations and patches/upgrades.
• Assist with problem resolution and recovery planning.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for implementation and transitions.
