Job summary

Mobility Global in the United States seeks a data-driven analyst to serve as the primary client contact for Mobility Global data solutions, including Catalyst for Insight and the Loyalty Analytics Tool. You will translate client questions into actionable insights and collaborate across teams to deliver data-driven results.

You will train clients, develop business implications, and ensure solutions meet client needs while maintaining deep product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Math, Economics, or Marketing.
• 5–10 years of automotive industry analysis experience in marketing, sales, analytics, or consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and tell stories with data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client point-person to promote and support Mobility Global data solutions.
• Understand customer questions and needs to offer data-driven solutions and insights.
• Develop meaningful summaries and business implications for client teams based on Mobility Global data and client information.
• Assist in developing reports by collaborating with account teams, production, and product development.
• Communicate customer needs and specifications to project teams to ensure projects meet client needs.
• Train clients to use Mobility Global data solutions and increase client usage.
• Convey VOC feedback to account teams and Product Management to support retention and growth.
• Maintain knowledge of the company’s products and applications for assigned clients.
